ABOUT THE COURSE

Located 10 minutes west of Downtown Pittsburgh, and just 15 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport, Chartiers Country Club is a private country club with over 730 members, including 275 Permanent golf members and over 400 in other membership categories.

The facilities include a golf course originally designed by Willie Park in 1924 and modified by Arthur Hills in the early 1990's. Chartiers also features a large Tudor style clubhouse with four dining areas and large ballroom.

The gold course, a par 70 layout, measures 6,562 yards from he blue tees, 6,232 yards from the white tees, and 5,217 yards from the red tees. The slope ratings are 132, 128, 118, respectively.

DRESS CODE

Collared golf shirt/sport shirt (tucked in) and slacks or Bermuda-type shorts for males are appropriate. Comparable attire is appropriate for females. Halters or brief clothing are not permitted on the course. All golfers must wear golf shoes with soft spikes. No jeans are allowed.
